SHIPPING

• Italy
  All items are sent via courier. The processing time is 2 to 5 working days. All items are sent with a tracking code that you will receive once they are shipped. I cannot be held responsible for delays.
• Europe
  European items are sent via courier which takes about 5 – 10 working days but please allow up to 14 working days as services can vary depending on your location. All items are sent with a ‘Track and Trace’ code that you will receive once they are shipped. I cannot be held responsible for delays, or for custom fees.
• Pick up
  If you are local, pick up at the studio is possible. You can choose this option in the shipping options during checkout. I’ll send you an email to agree on a date and time that works for both of us.

PACKAGING
I really care for the environment, so I use recycled boxes and wrap for my packages as much as I can.

REFUNDS
My ceramics are made by hand so dimensions can vary from batch to batch. 
In case you would like to return an item, you have 14 days to contact me about returns and refunds, starting form the day of deivery. Send me an e-mail at agnes.handmade.ceramics@gmail.com and I will answer you with the instructions to make sure that the item reaches me undamaged. A refund or voucher of the same value will be issued.
If the delivered items are broken, immediately send me an email at agnes.handmade.ceramics@gmail.com with a picture of the damage.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
I advice to hand wash your ceramics: they can go in the dishwasher, but that can result in glaze damage over time. 
I recommend to avoid putting them in the microwave or oven.
